Saver Delivery (usually 6-12 business days) - CA$15.82 on orders under CA$37.22, CA$14.52 on orders over CA$37.22, orders over CA$74.44 use "Standard Tracked Delivery" (below).

Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 3-5 business days) - CA$12.10 for orders over CA$74.44, otherwise CA$18.24

Canada

Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 4-8 business days) - CA$12.10 on orders over CA$74.44 (otherwise CA$14.52 on orders over CA$37.22 and  CA$15.82 for orders under CA$37.22)

EU

Saver Delivery (usually 5-7 business days) - CA$13.03 on orders under CA$37.22, CA$12.10 on orders over CA$37.22, orders over CA$74.44 use "Standard Tracked Delivery" (below).

Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 2-4 business days) - CA$9.31 for orders over CA$74.44, otherwise CA$15.82
